At least six cars belonging to Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants exploded in Gaza City. It is suspected that explosive devices were placed on the cars. There were no reports about injuries.
It is also suspected that SIS-linked groups are responsible in this case as they have claimed responsibility for a series of rockets fired into Israel in recent weeks, amid Hamas efforts to come to a long-term ceasefire agreement with the Jewish state.
These groups are also believed to be helping terrorist operatives in Egypt who belong to the ISIS affiliate Sinai Province.
