Lizzy Caplan and Michael Sheen returned last night for the third season of Showtime’s hit original program “Masters of Sex.” The critics say that the show, known for its steamy sex scenes, is as good as ever. We just want more chances to see Caplan take her clothing off.
The movie and television review site Rotten Tomatoes gave it an 88% rating.

Variety said that it, “remains a slick vehicle, one that thoughtfully examines the relationship between sex and romance that Masters and Johnson sought to uncoil — far less effectively, it’s worth noting, than either of them would care to admit.”
The New York Post said that, “The exquisite Caplan is given many chances to shine, and doesn’t let any of these moments slip away. Johnson is both a pioneering feminist and an unapologetic hedonist. But motherhood? Not really her bag.”
