Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas buys $3.45 Million Encino Estate

Once Upon a Time stars, Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas, reportedly have bought a $3.45 million CA, located on a cul-de-sac in the coveted Rancho Estates neighborhood of Encino.

Forbes reports that the pair’s new 5, 758-square-foot home features six-bedrooms and five bathrooms, an open floor plan that includes an oversized entry and open hearth with sun-filled rooms throughout.

Ginnifer Goodwin’s mother, Linda (née Kantor), is Jewish and her father is of Welsh descent. Ginnifer is best known for her role as Margene Heffman on Big Love, and for her roles in films like Mona Lisa Smile, Something Borrowed, Walk the Line, and He’s Just Not That Into You.
