Melissa Schiff Soros, the soon to be ex-wife of Robert Soros — son of George Soros — will get their Greenwich Village Townhouse in Manhattan located at 263 West 11th Street for only $10. It is valued at $21 million.

The couple has been married for 22 years. The younger Soros who is 47 is said to now be dating 29-year-old Jamie Singer, CEO of picture messaging app Ussie.

The four story 6, 650 square foot home is more than 100 years old. The author Thomas Wolfe once lived there and it is where he wrote his first novel Look Homeward, Angel.

The two, however, are still fighting over the $840, 000 property transfer fee.
Mrs’ Soros’ lawyer Bernard Clair said, “The transfer represents the parties’ continuing search for common ground to resolve their differences, even on an issue-by-issue basis.”
