Tel Aviv Prepares for Its ‘Laila Lavan’ — White Night — Thursday Night

Tel-Aviv

Tel Aviv will hold its annual White Night—Laila Lavan—on Thursday night, June 25. This year’s event, White Night Europa, will honor European culture.

Thursday night is Israel’s version of Friday night because weekends are Friday and Saturday, and it’s called a White Night because people stay up all night for the event.
