A New York judge on Thursday dismissed film producer David Bergstein’s defamation lawsuit against The Hollywood Reporter over reports stemming from the involuntary bankruptcy of his various companies.
Bergstein, whose movies include “The Whole Ten Yards” and “Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead, ” operated companies including Capitol Films and ThinkFilm.
