Happy 20th Frappucciono: Starbucks Introduces 6 New Flavors to Celebrate

In honor of the twentieth anniversary of its creamy, cool summer drink, Starbucks has debuted six new Frappuccino flavors. So enjoy, but watch those calories.

The new flavors, which are based on Starbucks customers’ favorite Frappuccino combinations, are Caramel Cocoa Cluster, Cinnamon Roll, Cotton Candy, Cupcake, Lemon Bar and Red Velvet Cake.

They sound delicious, but also very fattening.

Starbucks will also be holding a competition from June 19th to June 30th in which customers will be asked to choose their favorite one of the new flavors in the Frappuccino Flav-Off. The winning flavor will be offered at a price of only 3$ from July 3-6.

“In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Frappuccino and the thousands of flavor combinations created by our enthusiastic customers, we are excited to introduce six Fan Flavor Frappuccino beverages, ” said Renee Jones, marketing director at Starbucks. “Over the years we have seen many creative recipes from our customers, and the six Fan Flavor Frappuccino beverages featured in the Flav-Off contest represent a few of the most popular recipes.”
