HidrateMe Is A Water Bottle That Glows When You Need To Take A Sip

HidrateMe

HidrateMe, a smart water bottle which tracks how much you drink throughout the day, reached its $35, 000 goal in a Kickstarter campaign in just one day and has now raised just over $45, 000, with 41 days to go.

The bottle has a sensor stick inside which automatically registers how much a user has had to drink . It sends information to the Hidrate app on your phone which glows when its time to drink more water. The battery lasts over a year.

Users also receive reminders if they fall off track. The app also integrates with wearables to help tune a person’s water goals even more accurately to their activities. Using your location, the app can adjust your daily water goal depending on the temperature, humidity, and elevation of your surroundings.

The HidrateMe bottle is a 24 oz. – 710 ml. reusable water bottle, made out of BPA free Tritan plastic. It’s dishwasher safe and comes with a leak proof cap. The sensor stick inside the bottle automatically tracks how much you drink throughout the day. It sends information to the Hidrate app on your phone and glows when its time to drink more water. The battery is easily replaceable and sold in most stores, and it lasts over a year, so you never need to recharge it.

There are other smart water bottles that offer pretty much the same track and app features. Check them out too.
