A judge on Friday gave Nick Loeb permission to revise his lawsuit filed against “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara over two frozen embryos which were fertilized while they were a couple.
Loeb first filed for custody of the embryos last August.

“He does believe they are his daughters, ” Loeb’s lawyer Christina Goodrich stated.
Vergara’s lawyer Fred Silberberg told the court, “[The] plaintiff is using this lawsuit to continue to attack [Vergara] in the press and continue to have his own visibility in the press.”
He further stated that, “Embryos are not children.”
