The single story home was built in the 1960s and Variety described it as “bedraggled” which means that it must be a “fixer upper.”
The listing talks it up as being an “unprecedented opportunity” with “unlimited potential and outstanding possibilities.”
This probably explains the relatively low price. If you look at the other listings in that are, $4.25 million id actually kind of cheap.
Caesar bought the home in the 1980s and the picture look like he never renovated it since then. The kitchen looks old, to say the least, and the carpets and walls are out of style.
