Israel’s LabStyle Innovations, the maker of the Dario smart meter for diabetics, has opened its first ecommerce store for the Dario Smart meter and Dario accessories. The company is premiering the service in Israel before offering it in other countries where its products are available.
The eShop serves the Israeli market, where the Dario Management Solution was launched in July 2014 following approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health. The shop serves as a channel for LabStyle to sell to people with diabetes and engage with them directly.

As LabStyle’s first eShop, this will serve as an ecommerce model for LabStyle Innovations, as it plans to open ecommerce sites to serve other geographic markets where diabetes is prevalent and there is a need for a complete diabetes management solution.
