Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg total compensation was valued at $610, 455 for 2014. That comes to a $42, 710 reduction from the $653, 165 which he was paid in 2013.
Don’t feel to bad for him, though. Zuckerberg is still worth billions, on paper at least.

According to the company’s proxy statement filed on Friday, his base salary remained at $1. His compensation reflected expenses and his personal use of the company’s chartered aircraft only.
