To be developed in cooperation with the Carlyle Group, 10 Lincoln Square, also 10 Riverside Boulevard, will have 288 apartments over 413, 000 square feet of space and 36 stories. It will also have 1, 400 square feet of commercial space.

The building’s amenities will include an indoor soccer field, a squash court and a golf simulator on the sub-cellar level. There will also be a game, film, party and study room on the second floor and a private dining area.

Meanwhile, BowerBoogie has reported that the new tower planned for 250 South Street has been cut from 71 to 56 stories. This comes to a reduction of 100 feet in its height, down to only 700 feet.

The reduction in size came in response to complaints from local residents that the mammoth project was just too darn big for the area.

When complete the new building will have 646 units encompassing 748, 095 square feet of space and 25, 516 square feet of commercial space. Amenities seem to have been shaved, as well. It will have a swimming pool and a fitness facility in the cellar, but the smaller size has forced plans for a bowling alley and a Turkish bath to be scrapped.
