On Sunday night, at the annual music, film, and interactive conference and festival SXSW, Kutcher and Oseary will celebrate the launching with a party at the Copper Restaurant and Lounge in downtown Austin, TX.

Both Kutcher and Oseary have had a record of smart investments in new tech through A-Grade Investments, the venture capital firm they founded in 2010. To date, they have invested in Uber, Airbnb, and Spotify, Nest, SmartThings, and Socialcam, some of which they’ve already exited.
Now Kutcher and Oseary are looking to invest other people’s money. They have raised institutional funding from limited partners whose names they are yet to disclose. TechCrunch cites a rumor that it’s TPG Capital (formerly Texas Pacific Group), one of the largest private equity investment firms on the planet, with investments in Uber and Sherpa Ventures.
The expectation is that with an established venture fund than their A-Grade, Kutcher and Oseary will be able to increase their own investments as well.
