Gwyneth Paltrow Feels Like a Fool Over Goop

“I was a fool. I had no idea what I was getting myself into.”

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow regrets having created her blog Goop. The Oscar winning actress feels like a fool for having begun the business venture.

She told Bloomberg Television, “I was a fool. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But I have to say, it’s been incredibly rewarding and I learn so much every day.”

But the 43 year old actress still has hopes for the website adding, “I very much want goop to be its own standalone brand. I know at this point in time it’s inextricably me but we are a team of amazing people who bring incredible ideas to the site — and it’s not only me, ” she said.

“My dream would be that in 20 years people would sort of recollect that I maybe had something to do with it … and my involvement would be less essential.”

“I wanted it to be its own thing that my children can run one day if they want to, ” she added.

Meanwhile Paltrow celebrated International Women’s Day on Sunday by posting on Instagram a bunch of pictures of herself and some other famous women like Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Maya Rudolph and Lake Bell.

It’s an interactive post. When you click on the main image it becomes a montage of many pictures.

One such pic came with the caption, “Shouldn’t everyday be all of us equally day? I guess we’re #notthere #internationalwomensday @iwd2015 @clintonfoundation.”
