Melissa Rivers, who has been grieving her mother Joan Rivers who passed away at 81 after botched throat surgery, seems to have found love in her life once gain, according to US magazine.

Melissa, 47, had been dating talent agent Mark Rousso discreetly, but in the wake of her mother’s death, Mark’s dedication to Melissa brought the couple closer. They made an appearance in public on February 7th at the Pre Grammy’s Gala Salute to Industry Icons.

Even with Mark at her side, Melissa admits there will be void, as this will be the first year in two decades she isn’t covering the Oscar’s red carpet with her mother. She told Entertainment Tonight, “The truth is, when I really break it down, she was a fan. And she was thrilled to be there and couldn’t believe who she was talking to, and she always used to say it was the world’s greatest cocktail party. You talked to everyone for two minutes, and you were never stuck for conversation.” She added, “Will anyone be able to capture my mother’s voice? Not at all.”

Melissa’s relationship with Mark Russo is the first serious one since her break up with Jason Zimmerman in 2011. She was married to John Endicott who is the father of her son, Edgar Cooper, age 14.
