Israeli international supermodel Bar Refaeli, 29, and her boyfriend for the last 30 months, businessman Adi Ezra, are to marry, Israel’s Channel 2 reports .
The couple started dating in July 2012, and several months ago they moved into a Tel Aviv apartment together.

Channel 2 cites sources close to the couple that say there was no romantic marriage proposal, but the two have decided together to get married.
The source said: “He asked her and she said ‘yes.’ They don’t want to make a big deal out of it. They’re in love and that’s enough.”
“They’ve hardly told anybody, ” The source added, “Just those who are very close to them.”
The decision to marry was very recent, according to the same source.
Adi Ezra, 40, is chairman of Neto ME Holdings Ltd. (TASE;NTO), one of Israel’s largest food importing companies, which was founded by his grandfather.
