Joseph Sitt is partnering with Jay Z for a boxing event to be held at Madison Square Garden this Friday night in Manhattan. Also, Sitt’s Thor Equities closed on an $800 million deal to buy the Caiola family’s entire apartment building portfolio, The Real deal reported.
Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports is sponsoring the boxing event together with Sitt as well as Andrew Heiberger’s TOWN Residential brokerage. The New York Daily News has reported that celebrities expected to attend include New York Yankese players CC Sabathia and Victor Cruz, Carmelo Anthony, Rihanna and even the rappers wife who is also said to be somewhat famous herself, Hip Hop singer Beyoncé Knowles.
