Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire who was convicted for molesting underage girls, is being sued not only for making a woman who calls herself Jane Doe #3 a sex slave, but for prostituting her out to his friends, who included heads of state, Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew and many others. Others implicated in the abuse are Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite and model scout Jean Luc Brunel.
Prosecutors in Florida are accused of violating victims rights when they reached a plea bargain with Epstein without consulting the victims. The claim is that Epstein’s money, influence and legal team gave him an unfair advantage in the case, and the plea bargain was a “sweet deal.” Epstein served 13 months of an 18 month sentence, and is a registered sex offender.

Jane Doe #3 claims that Epstein forced her to have sex with high profile friends when she was underage and to give him the details so he would have material to black mail them with later. She claimed that against her will she had to submit to Dershowitz’s sexual demands not only in Florida, but in planes, New York, New Mexico and the U.S. Virgin Island.
Dershowitz was vocal in his denial of the accusations, “It is totally, unequivocally and completely false … ” He threatened to file disbarment charges against Jane Doe #3 attorneys for not verifying information, such as travel schedules, is planning to sue for defamation and challenged Jane Doe #3 to file criminal charges, because it is illegal to make a false claim in criminal court.
Prince Andrew denied the charges in a 2011 interview with Vanity Fair. Epstein is a friend of the Clintons and lended Bill Clinton his private jet when the latter flew to Africa, but no improper claims have surfaced about that trip.
