Among the 32, 000 leaked Sony emails are expressions from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg that the Aaron Sorkin film, “The Social Network, ” hurt his feelings and he tried to prevent it from being made, according to business insider.
Zuckerberg admits they got his wardrobe right, which makes matters even worse, because then he can be “identified.” He feels upset the film implies that he created Facebook mainly because he was tired of being rejected by girls and couldn’t get into cool clubs. While the film won Academy Awards, Zuckerberg felt it bruised his ego.

Aaron Sorkin, who was just doing what artists do, still feels some sadness for the Facebook founder. “I know I wouldn’t want a movie made about the things I did when I was 19 years old. I didn’t set out to hurt his feelings.”
Zuckerberg said, “it was basically the framing that the whole reason for making Facebook is because I wanted to get girls or wanted to get into clubs. …they just can’t wrap their heads around the idea that someone might build something because they like building things…It’s interesting the stuff they focused on getting right l… like every single shirt and fleece they had in the movie is actually a shirt or fleece I own.”
