The Jewish Channel will feature a theater-oriented program called “Row J” to be hosted by Meredith Ganzman with executive producer Brian Scott Lipton. The program will focus on Jewish themes, actors and opinions on Broadway and off-Broadway shows, as reported by BWW.
Its first edition in December will take a look at the musical, “The Last Ship” featuring comments by Sting and Billy Joel and an interview with stars Michael Esper and Aaron Lazar. A feature of “Kids Night on Broadway, ” will have interviews with Tony Danza and Judith Light. The Dramatists Guild with focus on Matthew Broderick, Sheldon Harnick, Lisa Kron and others.Stars of “Disgraced” and the “Dreidel Game” will also come on the show and discuss all-things-theatrical.
