How Designer Donna Karan Looks So Young at 66

Donna Karan

Donna Karan, who developed the DKNY fashion label, and other fashion brands that have established her reputation worldwide as one of the bright lights of style, discussed how she maintains her healthy, youthful look at 66. She told the Harley Medical Group that she starts the day with a protein shake, has a lunch of salad and juice, usually green soup or a green juice.

Karan has kept her yoga routine up since the age of 18 and says one of her favorite things to do is to hit the mat. “I love being on a mat ….I love being inside, because I’m constantly outside.” From the sound of it, Donna Karan is always on the go, and she says, “Anything I don’t have to get dressed or put on makeup for, I love.”
