Judy Huth, who claims Bill Cosby molested her when she was 15, filed a lawsuit against the aging comedian on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, AP reported. She accuses Cosby of forcing her to perform digital sex on him in the Playboy Mansion circa 1974.
Over the past few weeks, Cosby has been struck with allegations by at least a dozen women saying he had drugged and had sex with them over the past few decades. But the comedian is yet to be charged with a crime, because of the statutes of limitation on older cases.

But Huth’s lawsuit introduces a legal gimmick that might just open the trapdoor before Cosby, because she says she only became aware of the damage the abuse had inflicted on her in the past three years. Believe it or not, California law allows victims who experienced sex abuse when they were minors, to sue later in life if they believe they suffered psychological damage as a result of the abuse.
So far, according to AP, Cosby has been punished by Netflix and NBC, which have killed projects planned with him. Also, his tour has faced several cancellations.
AP reports Huth’s lawsuit alleges sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress, after Cosby gave her and a 16-year-old friend several drinks at an LA tennis club. He took them to the Playboy Mansion, telling them to say they were 19. Her lawsuit states Cosby forced her to give him a hand job.
“This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for (Huth) that has caused significant problems throughout her life, ” the lawsuit states.
According to AP, Huth’s lawsuit represents the first time Cosby is openly accused of having sex with an underage woman. Last month, an anonymous woman told Pittsburgh television station KDKA that Cosby drugged her unconscious when she was 15.
