Craig Robins

Craig Robins, founder of the real estate firm Dacra, didn’t just revamp the Design District in Miami–he is making it a high-end fashion powerhouse, according t the Wall Street Journal. The Design District was lifeless before Robins revitalized it, and now he aims to open 50 stores in the next year. Louis Vitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford and many other recognizable names associated with consummate style will make the area a haven for luxury shoppers.

Robins also plans to make the area an aesthetic experience for pedestrians, with the artworks of Marc Newson, John Baldessari and architectural designs by Sou Fujimoto.
