Brian Greenspun, Stephen Cloobeck, Get to Golf with President Obama, who Gets to Golf with Derek Jeter

Stephen Cloobeck, the chairman and founder of Diamond Resorts International Inc. (DRII) based in Las Vegas and a Democratic donor, and Brian Greenspun, owner of the Las Vegas Sun, went on a golf outing with one of America’s most beloved sports figures Derek Jeter. Oh yah and President Obama was there too.

Presidents are known for playing golf to relax. Just about all of them since World War II have been filmed on the links somewhere. Eisenhower was said to have played golf for most of his presidency.

The former Yankees shortstop and future Hall of Famer went golfing on Saturday with the other three men at the Shadow Creek Golf Club, owned by MGM Resorts International, which brings high-roller casino guests to the course in private limousines. It was built by casino magnate Steve Wynn
The President was in Las Vegas where he delivered a speech on his immigration policy to a group of high school students.

Former National Football League coach Mike Shanahan and former Major League Baseball players Kevin Millar and Tino Martinez also played there on Saturday.
