Mark Cuban Tells GOP To Forget Social Issues, It’s the Money, Stupid

Dallas Mavericks v San Antonio Spurs, Game 1

Billionaire Shark Tank star and owner of the Dallas Mavericks told Republicans to stop focusing on social issues that deal with personal matters and focus just on the economy. He told CNBC’s Shark Tank that he wishes there were a viable third party for people who are economically conservative and socially liberal, “There’s so much  money involved. I’ve been involved in efforts to create third parties and it is almost impossible.” However, he added it could be possible if someone has “the piss and vinegar to do it.”

Cuban thought that by 2014, politics would finally have gotten out of people’s bedrooms, but that hasn’t happened. He says of his generation, “We thought we’d live free, stay out of the bedroom, stay out of everybody’s lives and just focus on business. It’s turned out to be the exact opposite.”
