Real Housewife Husband Dr. Leonard Hochstein Sued In a Botox Sample Scam

Luli Fama - Front Row - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2015

As if Botox-maker Allergan didn’t have enough headaches from Bill Ackman. Now it is alleged that Dr. Leonard Hochstein, the husband of Real Housewives star Lisa Hochstein, was hocking free samples of Botox to patients to maximize his profits.

Two former staffers, Graciela Chevez and Francine Rodriguez, claim that he used the free sample wrinkle treatment for paying customers. Doctors are forbidden from selling free samples, and the average Botox injection is $228. Dr. Leonard Hochstein appeared often on the program because of the couple’s fertility issues, and he alleges the two were sub-par employees who wanted to get revenge before they left, and were expecting him to settle because he is high-profile.

In response to Dr. Hochstein’s contention that Rodriguez was not a good employee, she produced an email from him that said, “I want you to know that I think you have been a terrific employee and am happy to write you a great recommendation letter. If there is anything else I can do, just let me know.”
