Comedian Adam Carolla has settled the case brought against him by Donny Misraje, who used to be his friend, who claimed that Carolla owes him for helping create Carolla’s successful podcast.
Misraje said he had been promised 30% of the company.

CNN reported that Carolla settled after the judge in Los Angeles Superior Court ruled that Misraje’s claims could only apply to the 2009-2012 period, instead of through 2017, as Misraje argued.
Misraje maintained that he had come up with the podcast idea when Carolla was dropped by CBS Radio in Los Angeles.
