Kerzner International will bring its One&Only brand into Bahrain. Kerzner, which operates luxury resorts, will work with Sevens Holdings of Bahrain to develop a One&Only resort in Seef, outside of the capital Manama.
The 150 room vacation getwaway should be completed in 2016, and will include villas, secluded areas, as well as a private waterfront. Attendance at Manama’s hotels was lower than in other areas in the Arabian Gulf. Average room rate in these hotels were lower than in similar hotels located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Jeddah.
