What can we say, if you love someone, name a shoe after them. Makes sense.

She named one style “Blythe, ” after actress Blythe Danner. Parker explained, “This beautiful shoe exudes a sort of sophistication. A metropolitan personality.”

And there’s the sexy Pat boot, for Sex and the City’s costume designer Patricia Field, “who has been an enormous influence on me and millions of others. Without her contributions, Carrie Bradshaw would have been incomplete.”

Parker also honored her favorite hairstylist, Serge Normant, in her ‘Serge’ bootie. And she named a pump “Rachel, ” after her sister.

My hair stylist’s name is Shimon. I’m thinking –of sneakers.
