Kutchner sold his bachelor pad back in June and the couple reportedly settled on their new home in May.
Mila Kunis comes from a Jewish family and has cited antisemitism in the former Soviet Union as one of several reasons for her family’s move to the United States. She has stated that her parents “raised [her] Jewish as much as they could, ” although religion was suppressed in the Soviet Union.
Located on a private cul de sac in Hollywood Hills West at 3028 Paulcrest Drive, the house was built in the Mediterranean style back in 1958. Sitting on 0.33 acres, it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms spread out over 4, 900 square feet of space. There is a breakfast area with a breakfast bar and an eight seat home theater.
The house has beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. All of its rooms offer panoramic views. The kitchen comes with Subzero appliances and the house has a Crestron security system.
Outside of the two floor house the new owners will be able to enjoy a cabana, an outdoor bar, a seating area, a woodview deck and a swimming pool with a hot tub. There is also an attached two car garage.
The one floor living area stretches back perpendicularly from the house and has large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open up to the swimming pool alongside it.
Its listing on Zillow describes the property as an, “Elegant Mediterranean compound with unparalleled views! Seated on a private cul de sac, this beautiful compound has been completely redone from top to bottom with no expense overlooked.”
The brothers Joshua and Matthew J. Altman of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate are the brokers handling the listing.
The 33 year old screen siren bought the property in 2008 for $2.885 million.
The couple will be moving into a 7, 351 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills which cost them $10.25 million.
The couple only just revealed that they expect their child to be born within a month’s time. Kunis, who said that she had never wanted to get married, was seen this weak showing off her baby bump in a tight fitting sleeveless, low cut black dress. Even pregnant she can still turn heads.
