Scarlett Johansson’s Brain Beats Hercules’ Brawn

Scarlett Johansson as Lucy

Scarlett Johansson as Lucy gave Brett Ratner’s remake of Hercules a run for the money, as Lucy’s box office sales came in at $44 million compared to the Greek mythical icon’s $29 million return. Universal Pictures’ tale of a woman who unexpectedly develops psychokinetic powers caught the imagination of movie goers. Johansson’s diverse talents were put to good use as Lucy discovers she can use more and more of her brain.  Hercules was expected to be a crowd pleaser among younger and adult audiences alike
