If you Love Facebook and live in one of the world’s merging market nations — what used to be called the Third World — and do not have access to high speed Internet services, then you are in luck. Facebook Just introduced “Facebook Lite, ” a new app for Android that uses less data and works well across all network conditions.
The company declares that Facebook Lite uses less than 1MB so it is “fast to install and quick to load.” It includes Facebook’s core experiences like News Feed, status updates, photos, notifications and more.
Facebook Lite is currently being introduced in countries across Asia, and over the coming weeks it will be available in parts of Latin America, Africa and Europe.
