A Toronto SUV limousine driver is suing that alleged Justin Bieber for punching him in the head repeatedly in December 2013, the Toronto Star reported.
Abdul Mohar is asking for $850, 000 in damages, and is asking for a court order that would prevent Bieber from coming within 100 meters of him.

The court documents were filed in Toronto on Friday.
Mohar, 34, says he picked up six male passengers over the Uber app on Dec. 30, 2013 in Toronto. One of them, whom he later identified as Bieber, allegedly punched him in the head because he refused to turn up the limo music.
Mohar told the Toronto Star that Bieber climbed into the front seat, turned the music to full volume and punched Mohar “very hard.”
Mohar said he had to go to hospital twice following the assault, due to “too much stress.”
Bieber’s attorney told the paper the lawsuit is “totally without merit.”
The original assault charges against Bieber were dropped in January 2014, when the prosecutor failed to establish the identity of the identity of the perpetrator, in light of a 911 call Mohar made, where he described his attacker.
Mohar now claims he was “really shocked” during that conversation with the 911 operator, which is why the description came out unclear.
Mohar alleges that Bieber’s fellow passengers protected him from the police investigation at the time.
Bieber’s attorney should file a statement of defense this week.
