Every year 400 young people come to Israel through the Israel Scouts Garin Tzabar program from all over the world, and the majority enlist in combat units. A large number make aliyah after their service and many have family join them in Israel. Triguboff is also patron of the KKL-JNF which engages in projects connected with forestation, agricultural research and water resource development. Zeev Kedem, a representative from the organization, spoke at the ceremony.

Triguboff said at the conclusion of the dedication, “When people say I do a lot for Israel, I think of all that Israel has done for the Jewish people of the world. We have to continue working together to make Israel a better and greater place, and that’s what we are going to do.”
