Sen. Lindsey Graham has established a “Security Through Strength” presidential exploratory committee, and this week we found out its fundraiser dinner next month will be co-hosted by casino magnate and Bibi-backer Sheldon Adelson, McClatchy DC reported.
Miriam, Sheldon’s wife, will also be there.

You’ll recall that Adelson sank $93 million, give or take, in Republican campaigns in 2012 which, much like the Koch brothers’ $400 million investment, yielded nothing.
Adelson is one of 33 moneybags co-chairs at the Lindsey Graham “luncheon and policy discussion” March 3, at the Capitol Hill Club, each donating $2, 700.
What else happens March 3? Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech before a joint session of Congress—with or without most of the Democrats.
So, altogether, a busy day for Sheldon Adelson.
But does the co-chairing of the dinner mean Adelson wants Graham for the next president? Not quite.
Adelson’s sdvisor, Andy Abboud, told Bloomberg his boss won’t become involved in the Republican primaries contest until “well into 2016.”
“Any support of a presidential candidate is at least a year away, ” Abboud, said.
According to Politico, Senators John McCain and Kelly Ayotte and former Senators Jon Kyl and Norm Coleman will be on hand at the Lindsey Graham event. The only one who really wants Graham running in 2016 is his close friend and fellow traveler, McCain.
I still say Sheldon’s money is going to Gov. Scott Walker. Mostly because right now the Koch brothers are all over Jeb Bush, and Sheldon won’t be noticed in that bunch. Also, Walker is deeply against organized labor—a man after Sheldon’s heart.
