Jesse Eisenberg to Make Amazon Comedy Series

Now You See Me 2

Jesse Eisenberg is planning to develop a new comedy series for Amazon based on his own short stories Bream Gives Me the Hiccups, according to The Hollywood Reporter. At the same time he is rumored to be playing Lex Luthor in the upcoming “Batman vs Superman.”

Bream Gives Me the Hiccups is about a nine year old boy whose alcoholic mother takes out to eat at a series of restaurants. She charges the bills to her ex-husband. The boy writes reviews about the restaurants. Eisenberg wrote 12 of the stories from 2012 to 2013.

The actor, who will appear in “Batman vs Superman” in an unspecified role, can now be seen in a new promo picture for the upcoming “Now You See Me 2” with really short hair. This just a few months after having really long hair. This has led many to speculate that he will be playing arch villain Lex Luthor in the movie assuming that he had shaved his head to play the famously bald evil genius.

Or maybe he just had to cut his hair short for the other movie.
