Included on the roster are Hailey Baldwin, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Elizabeth and Georgia May Jagger, both daughters of the Rolling Stones lead singer, Mick. Elizabeth and Georgia May appear in print ads in various shots taken in front of Sonia Rykiel’s home in Paris.
Sonia Rykiel started off creating maternity sweaters in the 1950s when she was pregnant and couldn’t find enough suitable things to wear. Born in Paris, she is a Romanian Polish Jew and she was known as “Queen of Knits” in 1967.
