Sonia Rykiel’s spring show in 2015 will feature a host of celebrity offspring, according to Fashionista. Included on the roster are Hailey Baldwin, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Elizabeth and Georgia May Jagger, both daughters of the Rolling Stones lead singer, Mick. Elizabeth and Georgia May appear in print ads in various shots taken in front of Sonia Rykiel’s home in Paris.

Sonia Rykiel started off creating maternity sweaters in the 1950s when she was pregnant and couldn’t find enough suitable things to wear. Born in Paris, she is a Romanian Polish Jew and she was known as “Queen of Knits” in 1967.

This will be the virgin voyage of Sonia Rykiel’s new artistic director, Julie de Libran, who, appropriately enough for models who evoke classic rock nostalgia, is focusing on the popularity of the 1970s. Floral printed dresses and high-waisted flares abound. Thick textured tights and bodysuits were also featured in a mini show at the Jane Hotel where Sophie Auster sang torch songs in English and French in front of a fireplace.
