WeWork Comes to Israel, Offers Spaces in Tel Aviv and Herzliya

WeWork is coming to Israel. The American office realty firm which sublets even the smallest of office spaces is opening up operations in both Tel Aviv and Herzliya.

Israel now joins England and Holland as the only three nations outside of the U.S. where the company operates.

WeWork states that it gives renters access to big-company benefits and perks whether it has as only 1 employee or of it has a growing team of 50. “We’re always looking out for you, both in and out of the office, ” its website boasts.

There are two different locations in Tel Aviv where offices are offered for rent. One right in the heart of the city near Ibn Gvirol Street at 7 Dubnov, which has 2600 square meters (27, 000 square feet) of space over four floors and the capacity to hold 422 office desks. The other, at the Sarona Market, complex, has 3, 859 square meters (40, 000 square feet) of space.

The Herzliya offices are located at 1 Aryeh Shenkar. They are spread over two floors with a total area of 3200 square meters (33, 000 square feet) and have the capacity to hold 453 office desks. Herzliya is a major hub for the high tech sector in Israel.
