Located at 120 Beach Lane in Wainscott, Westhampton Beach, on Long Island, the house has three bedroom, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms spread out over 2, 500 square feet. There is a media area and a fireplace. A large covered porch stretches across the front.

Its living room has large ocean facing windows on two sides. A small dining area also has a beach facing window. The kitchen has a sliding glass door that opens to the lake behind the house. The master bathroom comes with a huge shower that opens with two large glass French doors.

The two floor, grey, single family home is situated on a 2.3 acre lot with 315 feet of ocean frontage in its backyard. A narrow, short, wooden bridge leads out to the beach and a tremendous amount of open space separates the house from its nearest neighbor.

The new owners will be able to build an o-ceanside pool and a cabana.

There are fewer than a dozen oceanfront properties in the area.

Douglas Elliman is handling the sale. Its listing for the property declares, “Wake Up to the Waves – Stunning waterfront location with unobstructed views of Wainscott Pond in the front. The beautifully appointed 3, 500 sf Contemporary home sits on 2.3 prime acres. This unique property won’t last long.

Drexler purchased the property in 2008 for $17 million. He owns a few other properties in the area, including one which was once the home of Any Warhol.
