the world are: Canada at the top, Japan second, Israel third, South Korea fourth, and the United States fifth.
OECD calculated the percentage of each country’s population between the ages of 25 and 64 who have completed a higher education program of two or four-year degree, including both academic and vocational programs.

Number 2 on the list of most educated country is Japan. With a population of over 126 million people. 51.4% of Japanese between 25 and 64 have completed a higher education program. Currently, 60.4% of young people between 25 and 34 completing a higher education program. Japan has the third largest economy in
the world according to the IMF. This economic status is in part a result of the country’s prioritization of education.
Number 3 on the list of most educated country is Israel. With a population of 8.3 million people, Israel hase 50.9% in the target age frame with a higher-education degree. The report has mentioned that Jewish-Israelis go to the army after high school. They start college at about the age of between 20 and 24, later than most Western counterparts.
Number 4 on the list of most educated country is South Korea. With a population of over 51 million people, 47.7% have completed a higher education program in the target age frame. But, this number is slated to increase to an astounding 69.8% of people between the ages of 25 and 30 as the country education is incredibly competitive with young kids working hard to get into top universities.
