Donald Trump’s Secretary of the Treasury designee Steven Mnuchin has promised to divest himself of all of his business holdings within 120 days, should he be confirmed by the Senate. And he also happens to be a very wealthy man.
The Hollywood Reporter said that Mnuchin pledged to sell his interests in 85 Warner Bros. films including “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, ” “Mad Max: Fury Road, ” and Sully. He will also exit RatPac-Dune Entertainment, which Mnuchin co-founded in 2013 with Bret Ratner.

America’s probable next Secretary of the Treasury stated in a letter sent to that department’s ethics officials, “With regard to those interests, I will not participate personally and substantially in any particular matter that to my knowledge has a direct and predictable effect on the financial interests of the entity until I have divested it.”
Meanwhile Fortune Magazine estimates Steve Mnuchin’s total worth at about $400 million. While this is a lot less than Donald Trump’s billions, it still makes him filthy rich. Mnuchin revealed his wealth and business holdings in a required financial disclosure which he filed before his Senate confirmation hearings began.
In addition to his accounts with Goldman Sachs, there are also Mnuchin’s entertainment holdings and his personal art collection.
