We’ve all seen at least one Adult Swim program. These are 15 minute short comedies that include cartoons like “Mike Tyson Mysteries” and live action shows like “Childrens Hospital.” Adult Swim’s programs tend to be quirky and somewhat racy.

But are they sexist or racist? Well many people would argue that it was wrong to give a convicted rapist like Mike Tyson his own show.

Bret Gelman was especially unhappy with quotes attributed to Adult Swim executive vice president Mike Lazzo where he said that female writers lead to conflict. Adult Swim has been under fire for a lack of diversity among its producers and writers.
