The first deputy to arrive at the home at 19000 SE Kokomo Lane saw the suspect on top of the male victim in the driveway. The suspect was biting off parts of the man’s face, police said.

Officers tried to pull the suspect off the victim to no avail. “They used as much force as they physically were able to, ” he said.
