“Don’t watch Donny! because it might make you laugh, ” writes a recent New York Times review of the show airing at 10:30 p.m. Tuesdays. “Then you’ll hate yourself for liking a sitcom that stars an advertising executive, and a moderately annoying one at that.”
We got to speak to Deutsch while the media mogul was in town last month for a financial conference, and OK, he was moderately amusing.
