NY curbed adds that the $900, 000 studio is Cohen’s fourth pad in the building . His apartments borders on the home of actress Sally Field. The studio sits next door to a high-floor two-bedroom also owned by the TV personality and atop another two-bedroom Cohen owns that was featured in the New York Times back in 2013.
