Bagel AI, an Israeli startup offering an innovative product intelligence platform, has announced the successful closure of a $5.5 million seed funding round to accelerate its mission of transforming how companies make product decisions through artificial intelligence.
The round was led by at.inc/, with strategic participation from Demo Capital, Loyal VC, CS Angel, and a group of high-profile angel investors. These include Oded Gal, former Chief Product Officer at Zoom, Udi Mokady, founder and executive chairman of CyberArk, Sean Regan, a former Atlassian executive, along with Guy Horowitz and Edward Filippi.
Bagel AI was founded in 2022 by Ohad Biron (CEO), Itai Danino (CTO), and Yuval Nachman (CPO) after experiencing this gap firsthand. When insights are buried and decisions rely on gut feeling instead of real evidence, companies lose time, money, and trust.

“As companies begin shifting away from a growth-at-all-cost mindset and instead focusing on smarter, more sustainable growth, Bagel AI is presenting a path to achieve this,” said Ohad Biron, CEO and Co-founder of Bagel AI. “The Bagel AI platform enables product and GTM teams to pinpoint, based on AI-driven intelligence, the type of solution their customer requires. This latest funding round is a vote of confidence in our ability to close the loop across a company’s various teams and turn dormant, undiscovered insights into a goldmine of customer-centric, revenue-growing solutions to tap into.”
Bagel AI uses machine learning and advanced analytics to provide product teams with actionable insights that drive feature prioritization, user engagement, and roadmap optimization. By automatically surfacing data-driven recommendations, Bagel AI empowers teams to build better, faster, and smarter—reducing guesswork and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With the fresh funding, Bagel AI plans to expand its R&D, grow its customer success and go-to-market teams, and continue developing its AI-native platform for product-led organizations looking to scale efficiently.
This funding milestone underscores rising demand for AI-powered product analytics tools and positions Bagel AI as a frontrunner in the emerging product intelligence software market.
