Aryon Security, an Israeli startup, has emerged from stealth with its Cloud Security Enforcement Platform, introducing a groundbreaking approach to enterprise cloud security. Unlike traditional methods that focus on detecting threats after deployment, Aryon’s platform prevents cloud risks before they reach production systems—a first in the industry.
The company has secured $9 million in seed funding, led by Viola Ventures and Blumberg Capital, to disrupt the $44 billion global cloud security market. Aryon Security shifts the industry from a reactive “deploy and detect” model to a proactive policy enforcement approach, ensuring that misconfigurations and data protection errors never enter the cloud in the first place.
With its cutting-edge cloud security solution, Aryon is set to redefine how enterprises safeguard their cloud environments, offering a more secure, scalable, and compliance-driven alternative to existing security frameworks.

Cloud security enforcement is a critical aspect of modern cybersecurity, especially as organizations increasingly rely on cloud computing. It involves the implementation and application of policies, technologies, and procedures to ensure that cloud-based assets, data, and applications are protected from unauthorized access, breaches, and other security threats.
Gartner reports that 99% of cloud security breaches stem from human errors and misconfigurations and 60% of organizations cite preventing such mistakes as a top priority in their cloud security strategy.
Aryon Security was founded by serial entrepreneurs and alumni of Matzov, the IDF’s elite cybersecurity unit: CEO Ron Arbel, CTO Ariel Litmanovich and VP R&D Yair Ladizhensky. The entrepreneurs have extensive backgrounds in security, including working together on securing project Nimbus – the $7.2 billion dollar national cloud computing project between Israel’s government and leading cloud providers. Working under the auspices of the Israeli Defense Force, Litmanovich headed up the massive multi-year project which is creating a secure cloud infrastructure in Israel for use by government agencies and the private sector.
Faced with the complexities of securing a sprawling, dynamic cloud across diverse stakeholders and technologies, and the constant tension between security and business agility, the founders envisioned a proactive solution. They created a prevention-first platform that empowers organizations to seamlessly govern their cloud environments, eliminating risks before deployment, and without the need for massive security teams or specialized cloud expertise.
“Our goal is to help even the most conservative organizations to accelerate their cloud transition safely, with full control and no disruption to business operations,” said Aryon Security Co-founder and CEO Ron Arbel adds. “We are proud of the trust placed in us by so many experienced and pioneering investors in the cybersecurity and cloud sectors and are confident in our ability to deliver a truly revolutionary product in cloud security.”
