Under the terms of the agreement, CyberArk has acquired Zilla Security for an enterprise value of $165 million in cash and a $10 million earn-out tied to the achievement of certain milestones.

Meanwhile, CyberArk reported total revenue was $1.001 billion in the full year 2024, growing 33 percent year-over-year from $751.9 million in the full year 2023. Total revenue was $314.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, up 41 percent from $223.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The news comes just one year after CyberArk hit a $10 billion plus market cap on Wall Street.
