Package.ai, an Israeli startup offering a revolutionary AI-powered platform transforming customer engagement and last-mile logistics for major retailers, has secured a monumental $14 million in a Series A funding round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). This landmark investment—the company’s first institutional backing—propels Package.ai into its next phase of growth, empowering it to scale its groundbreaking platform, expand customer service teams, and deepen collaborations with top retailers across the globe.

The funding arrives as retailers increasingly turn to AI-driven solutions to modernize operations and elevate customer experiences. Package.ai bridges the gap between logistics and customer service by integrating generative AI technology with last-mile logistics and customer engagement data, offering a unified solution to the challenges posed by outdated systems that keep these functions siloed.

Package.ai, founded in 2017 by Ziv Fass and Yoav Sadeh, is transforming the way furniture and appliance retailers operate. Their cloud-based platform unifies customer engagement with last-mile logistics, replacing outdated, siloed systems. This empowers retailers to compete with giants like Amazon and Uber by delivering seamless, personalized customer experiences. The result? Improved customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency for hundreds of global partners, including Ashley DSG, Big Sandy Superstore, and Yale Appliance.

This marks the first institutional funding for the Tel Aviv-based company, which has largely been bootstrapped since its founding in 2017.

With this recent investment from SGE, Package.ai is poised to expand its reach across North America and empower even more retailers to modernize and future-proof their operations.

Package.ai’s platform is designed to provide an integrated customer experience, from online or in-store interactions through delivery. The company serves a growing roster of retailers, including Ashley, Big Sandy Superstore and Bob Mills Furniture.

Yoav Sadeh, co-founder and chief technical officer, highlighted the platform’s focus on innovation. “We are constantly innovating our platform with custom AI capabilities and last-mile intelligence, helping brands strengthen relationships with their customers, who in turn become repeat buyers.”

“This funding validates our vision of transforming retail operations by combining customer-centric engagement with logistics efficiency,” said Ziv Fass, Co-founder and CEO of Package.ai “SGE’s expertise and shared commitment to innovation will be instrumental as we continue to grow.”
